Hi, I'm Tim, a Dad, Husband and Software developer of over 30 years experience.

For the last decade I have focused on ServiceNow. I've been a ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, Project Implementer and manager of teams who supported dozens of ServiceNow environments at once. Before moving my focus to teaching about ServiceNow I worked as a ServiceNow consultant with one of the global big four consulting firms.

ACLs are complex to understand and at the same time vital to the data security of any ServiceNow instance. The goal of this course is to leave you with a clear understanding of how ACL's work so that you can confidently manage them within your ServiceNow environment, no matter what the situation or request may be.
